Velvet Tonka by BDK Parfums is like an oriental delicacy, dusted with icing sugar. This indulgent, seductive fragrance opens with orange blossom, tonka bean and almond after which sensual, woody notes are unveiled. A honeyed accord of amyris wood and tobacco intensifies the milky and almondy facets of the tonka bean, giving it a powdery, addictive sillage.
With Velvet Tonka, BDK founder David Benedek wanted to pay tribute to his Moroccan origins and to the iconography associated with the region through its flavors and its landscapes. Like a sweet, indulgent breeze coming straight from the Atlas Mountains.
