Wild Lavender by Lorenzo Villoresi is a timeless classic in the world of perfumery, unmistakable and as beloved as the sun-drenched fields of the Provence with its endless purple and blue fields.
Wild Lavender evokes memories of the traditional landscapes of England and France. This aromatic fougere fragrance for men and women contains top notes of lavender, bergamot, iris and coriander. The heart is a spice blend of sage, clove and pepper that blooms into a creamy base of tonkabean, musk and a hint of rosemary.
Bergamot, Rosemary, Juniper, Coriander, Galbanum, Clove, Pepper, Elemi, Sage, Lemon, Orris, Lavender, Musk, Tonka beans
When Lorenzo Villoresi started his company, he created a series of 'solo-themed' fragrances inspired by the world of perfume classics. The Vintage Collection is only available in his atelier in Florence and in selected stores such as Perfume Lounge. We are happy and proud to be able to have these artisanal creations by Lorenzo Villoresi in our collection.
Fougere
A traditional fougère is characterized by citrus top notes, an aromatic heart of lavender, roses or geranium that lay on a bed of oak moss and hay smelling coumarin. The name Fougère stems from the original perfume Fougère Royale, created in 1882 by the iconic perfumer Houbigant. As Houbigant said at the time, "if God had given ferns a scent, they would have smelled like Fougère Royale."
Lorenzo Villoresi
How lucky the world is, for this Italian researcher in Ancient Philosophy to find his calling as a talented perfumer. Thanks to his many trips to the Middle East with its rich palette of flavors and scents, Lorenzo Villoresi was inspired: he decided to distill essential oils himself. This led to creating his own fragrances. Lorenzo's talent was confirmed in 2006 after he won the Prix Francois Coty. This is the most important recognition for a perfumer's artistic career, and he won it as the first independent perfumer! Lorenzo's most loved fragrance is Teint de Neige. A unique and very powdery perfume.
