How can I pay?
Payment is always in advance, safe and secure. We accept and support the following payment methods:
iDEAL (only in The Netherlands available). Quick and safe. You can follow the same steps as for online banking.
PayPal. You can use PayPal in 203 different countries, 26 different currencies. When using PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site and the PayPal conditions apply. Alternatively, you can pay direct via www.paypal.me/perfumelounge.
Bank transfer. The total amount (including shipping when applicable) has to be transferred within a week after the order date, after which the order will be shipped.
Credit cards. Master card / Visa / Maestro / American Express.
All our prices are in euro (€). Payments are to be received also in euro.
Exchanges & returns
You can make your return or exchange by returning the article unopened with the original packaging intact, within fourteen days after delivery. You must send an email to email@example.com with your order number, article(s), purchase date, and bank details. Please see our General Terms and Conditions for more information.
My gift voucher or discount code does not work?
You can fill in your gift or discount voucher code in your 'shopping bag’ during the check-out process. If you then click 'go ahead', the discount given will automatically appear. Should this not work for any reason, please let us know immediately by sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone us (+31-20-6798043) with your name, type of code (gift voucher or discount) and the actual code you received.
