Tobacco Rose by Papillon is a wonderfully ‘dirty’ rose! Liz Moores has created another sensual blend of Bulgarian rose, geranium and Rose de Mai, to form an opulent backdrop set against a luxuriously rich and smoky base of French hay and earthy oakmoss.
