Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s L’eau a la Rose is a young, happy, and sheer rose fragrance that is a fruitier version of A la Rose, with the same sillage. It is a romantic bouquet of pink spring roses, paying tribute to femininity. L’eau a la Rose has a more playful and young vibe than its predecessor, with a more fruity heart.
Francis Kurkdjian introduced A la Rose in 2015, and the difference between the two fragrances is that A la Rose is slightly more enveloping, with more musks that give it a fresher feeling, whereas L’eau a la Rose has more fruit notes, such as lychee, which, combined with peony, makes it a little sweeter.
Both fragrances contain the equivalent of 400 precious Damascus and Centifolia roses from Grasse, providing a rich and elegant sillage.
