Vittoria Alata from Cristian Cavagna is an exceptional striking fragrance and the fourth tuberose addition to Cristian Cavagna’s collection. Inspired by the city of Brescia and its symbol of the city: the Vittoria Alata, a remarkable Roman statue. A feminine figure that represents strength and fearlessness and an icon of beauty and courage.
The fragrance is characterised by the tuberose flower, which is Cavagna’s signature in all his fragrances. In creating the fragrance, Cavagna sought to incorporate elements that would capture the essence of the city of Brescia and its provinces. Together with Bergamo, this city has been chosen as the Italian Capital of Culture in 2023.
How does Vittoria Alata represent the city of Brescia? The fruity note of raspberry is an homage to the province Lozio and its typical fruit, while the aquatic notes tell the story of the lakes Garda and Iseo that surround Brescia. Metallic aldehydic facets of Vittoria Alata are a tribute to the great companies and steelworks of the region. Notes of frankincense recall the two cathedrals of Brescia. The iris note is meant to create the scent of the Botticino marble powder, used to build the temple Capotilium of Brixia, an example of ancient Rome located in Brescia. Lastly, the hop extract transports you to the oldest Italian brewery, founded in Brescia.
