How to order

Can I order from any country in the world?
Yes, almost any country. You can add the products you would like to buy in the shopping bag and follow the check-out, with payment and shipping options. We deliver world wide by DHL Express, to more than 80 countries. We will ship after we received the payment. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email and when your order is dispatched we will send you a second email with shipping details.

Can I pick up my order?
You can if you so wish, pick up your order from our shop in the Cornelis Krusemanstraat 25 in Amsterdam. This way you can test the chosen products and if necessary, ask for personal advice. And of course, you save shipping expenses!

Can I have my order delivered at another address than my billing address?
Yes. You can indicate at which address you would like to have your order delivered.

Is your gift-wrapping service without costs?
Yes, you can choose our free gift-wrapping service as an option in the shopping bag. We will wrap your gift in a festive manner.

Can I delete an order?
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing The cancellation will be confirmed by mail. Should payment for the order already have taken place, the amount will be reimbursed.

Payment methods

How can I pay?

Payment is always in advance, safe and secure. Payments can be made as follows:

iDEAL (only in The Netherlands available
. Quick and safe. You can follow the same steps as for online banking.
. You can use PayPal in 203 different countries, 26 different currencies. When using PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site and the PayPal conditions apply. Alternatively, you can pay direct via
Bank transfer
. The total amount (including shipping when applicable) has to be transferred within a week after the order date, after which the order will be shipped.
Credit cards.
 Master card / Visa / Maestro / American Express.


Exchanges & returns

You can make your return or exchange by returning the article unopened with the original packaging intact, within fourteen days after delivery. You must send an email to with your order number, article(s), purchase date, and bank details. Please see our General Terms and Conditions for more information.

My gift voucher or discount code does not work?

You can fill in your gift or discount voucher code in your 'shopping bag’ during the check-out process. If you then click 'go ahead', the discount given will automatically appear. Should this not work for any reason, please let us know immediately by sending us an email ( or phone us (+31-20-6798043) with your name, type of code (gift voucher or discount) and the actual code you received.

Shipping & delivery

All articles will be shipped within one working day, provided they are in stock. Our aim is to ship your orders which reach us before 3pm on working days, that same day. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped, you will receive an email. Delivery time depends per country, please check our table on our shipping page. For The Netherlands DHL delivers the next day during the day or evening (upon your choice).

Free shipping in NL and B: all orders above €95. Smaller orders NL and B: €4,50.

Try before you buy!
Perfume Lounge online sample service:

  • price per sample €5.
  • max 5 samples.
  • one sample contains 1,0 ml or 1,5 ml (depending the value of the fragrance).
  • maxi 1 sample per product.
  • shipping costs: €1 (zonder tracking for 1 sample in NL); €3,95 (with tracking).
  • 2-3 days preparation time.
  • incl. voucher for €10, €15 or €20 reduction (with resp 3,4 or 5 samples).

  • Conditions
    • Sample vouchers are valid 1 month.
    • To be exchanged in our webshop and in our boutique in Amsterdam.
    • Valid for a bottle of prices above €75,- .
    • 1 voucher code to be used per order.

    How to reach us
    By car: (paid) parking options in our street
    By public transport: tram 2 leave at Valeriusplein/Koninginneweg or bus 15 leave at Haarlemmermeerstation, 5 minutes walk.


    When ordered before 3pm, we will send your parcel the same day (provided that in stock).
    On working days, your package will be delivered the next day by DHL to your chosen address and day/evening within the Netherlands. For Belgium an average delivery time of 2 to 3 days applies.

    • Samples orders within NL and B: € 3.95 (incl. track & trace).
